If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.

Osborne Success Stories: Free Bundle Giveaway ("Draw").

Participants who message us directly (“Event”) will be automatically entered into the Draw to win a free Tutorial, Workbook and Wise Guide from Osborne Books (“Prize”), subject to product availability and the terms and conditions below.

The administrator of the Draw is Osborne Books Ltd (“Osborne Books”) 2, The Business Centre, Molly Millars Ln, Wokingham RG41 2QZ, United Kingdom.

The Draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, except for employees of Osborne Books, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Draw.

The Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.

The closing date of the Draw is 23:59 hrs GMT on Thursday 31st October 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted, and will not be eligible for entry into the Draw.

A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process on Friday 1st November 2024.

The winner will be notified by direct message before Friday 11th November and must provide a postal address to claim the Prize. Osborne Books will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Osborne Books will not be liable for the winner’s failure to receive notifications due to message filtering or incorrect contact information provided by the winner. If the winner does not respond to Osborne Books within 30 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Osborne Books will be entitled to select another winner as per the process described above.

The Prize will be delivered to the winner by post within 30 days of confirming their win.

The Prize is as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. The Prize is not transferable. Any costs associated with accepting the prize, including but not limited to federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Osborne Books reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

The decision of Osborne Books in respect of all matters to do with the Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Osborne Books must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Osborne Books will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who writes to Osborne Books within one month after the Draw's closing date.

By entering the Draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Osborne Books reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Insofar as is permitted by law,  Osborne Books, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of accepting the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of  Osborne Books, its agents, distributors, or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This Draw is hosted and administrated by Osborne Books and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party.

The Draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Testimonials from the winner and participants of the giveaway may be used as promotional material on  Osborne Book’s platforms, including but not limited to the website, social media, and brochures.
