AAT has advised us that the Osborne Books tax books covering the 2009/10 tax year will be suitable for assessments up to the end of September 2011.

In July, we will publish tax books covering the 2010/11 tax year (Finance Act 2010).

We understand that the AAT plan to assess this legislation from September 2011 to May 2012. Tutors and students are advised to check this with the AAT and ensure that they sit the correct assessment.
