Osborne Books sponsors Elgar Festival Programme

Osborne Books recently raised over £800 for the Worcester-based St Richard’s Hospice by producing a special concert programme book. The charity concert in Worcester Cathedral commemorated the 75th anniversary of the death of the Worcester-born composer Edward Elgar. Dr Donald Hunt conducted the English Symphony Orchestra and the combined voices of the Elgar Chorale of Worcester and the St Peters Singers of Leeds in a memorable performance of Elgar’s ‘Music Makers’ which followed the equally evocative 'First Symphony'.
