Osborne Books author named 'Public Sector Lecturer of the Year'
Roger Petheram, Osborne Books author and lecturer at Worcester College of Technology, has won the PQ Magazine 2009 award for Public Sector Lecturer of the Year. Roger was presented his award by compere Richard Blackwood during the ceremony at Quaglino's in London's West End. Everyone at Osborne Books would like to congratulate Roger on this well-deserved award.
