Re: GCSE Applied Business by Fardon, Nuttal & Prokopiw

As a teacher of business studies I do not get many free periods ... so I hope you will realise the effect the above titled book had on me when I give up one of those rare periods of peace and tranquility to write a congratulatory note to the writers and publishers of this book.

At the start of the year we compared three Applied Business Studies books. The books were typical text books, gimmicky and without real thought for how the students and teachers could use them, and with poorly thought out questions.

This book bucks the trend, it is easy to read and yet covers everything in a simple to understand and follow format. It is bright and colourful without being gimmicky and questions are intelligent and well targeted.
